thanks everybody for the responses. i'm too tired to respond individually right now. i've also just started taking 5,000 i.u. of vitamin D. i believe that is the highest amount to take safely daily unless that has changed. i did read it also matters how much omega 6 one takes to impact the omega 3s. processed foods have lots of omega 6 and most people have too much omega 6 in their diet. i don't know if that is having any effect with me. i want a magic pill to fix me.
