Sometimes when I'm bored or tired I just go to bed and sleep.
I did this today at around 5pm. It wasn't that I didn't get enough sleep (I had slept until 1:30pm), I was just bored (even though I should have been starting to study).
I ended up sleeping until 8pm. When I woke up I was really disoriented about what time it was. I didn't know what day it was and whether it was morning or night. It was kind of scary. Is this normal? This has happened several times before.
