I am trying to think of what to say. That is very traumatic, and after something like that I would be more concerned if you didn't have a reaction. I'm glad that you are reaching out for someone to talk to. I'd like to help, but I'm concerned that talking online might not really be enough for you you right now, and I'd encourage you to talk to someone in real life if you can. If not, hearing someone's voice on the phone still would give you more than online. If you don't know someone you can call, maybe someone here can help you find a crisis service, or there might be one listed for your community in your phone book.
I hope that you are able to get all the support you need, and I am sorry that you had to see what you did.
