while i'm not noticing any difference with the omega 3s i am with the vitamin D. i've only been taking that a week and it is helping me with my sleep schedule and energy since i have been staying up later and later into the wee hours. i've always been a night owl but it's gotten pretty ridiculous the last few years. i want to get back onto a more normal schedule so i'm not so out of sync with the world.
