Hello, Apocryphal. Is there a friend that could go with you? Would your doctor consider giving you something to calm you? Copy your post and write out what your days are like.

The exam is a normal procedure. At the very least, call to ask for a rescheduling. Mention your CPN is gone. Tell them how difficult it is for you to get out. Ask if the examiner could come to your place so all those people you are concerned about are not there.
