Called the cops and they took the can and a statement and gave me a cause number. Gave them description. One of the police was a mental health officer which helped. He explained that the guy that did this was a middle man. Not a dealer but a middle man. He buys from a dealer, tries to hook people around him. If someone gets hooked they call him and he takes half and the other half goes to the poor sap who got addicted. Said I was right about people who have given up on life and are on disability...they book more people in at the beginning of the month. Says social services is swamped near the end of the month when the addicts get desperate. Officer said if all the addicts checks came to him for just one month, he could retire. Told him he would have a shot at writing a book instead. Gave me same tips as on here...stay away. If approached run or use my foreign language skills or hand them one of his cards (he gave me some).
