I am sorry that this has affected you like this. It is sad when we witness things like this. I too have been out in public and have seen things that parents do that just sicken me. In fact, a few months back I went to Walmart to get something and My hubby, kids and I parked the car and in the very next car was an infant strapped in a car seat and a toddler strapped in another car seat. The windows were rolled up and it was hot outside. I ran inside the Walmart and asked the lady behind the counter to call the police. She hesitated. I told her to call the police now. She came around the courtesy desk to take a look and then slowley walked back around and then decides to call the police. I was pissed. It's almost as if she didnt want to get involved. This whole process took about 10 minutes. By the time I went back outside, the car was gone. I was sick to death worrying about those kids. I mean, what kind of person leaves children in a hot car with the windows up.

I wish more people would get involved when then see blaten abuse going on, maybe then less people would be affected by it.
