you with the doing part. However, right now I am motivated and really want to keep it up. Darn

trainer! But I need to learn to rely on ME

so I want that routine written out on a sheet of paper, so I have something to follow. Like he promised. I could have given him an incorrect e-mail address. or he just did not do it.
I think that would make it much easier, and much less time consuming and safer for me to know what weights I need for the different machines.
