I'm so sorry you are being subjected to this. Is the way you look more about your health or how you reflect on your family?

Story: My son, now an adult, entered his teen years overweight. With growing independence, he emerged from his teen years lean and trim.

In my experience, issues of weight/general health and mental health can't really be addressed effectively without managing them both together.

You may be a teenager, Idk y, but you may have to be the far-seeing adult here.
