One thing I have started to do when I am feeling the way you are is to document, either on a notepad or in Word and save the file, is "What are the things you are doing well?" "What parts of your life are going OK right now". It's all about reinforcing in the mind those tracks that are about the positive things and leaving less space for the things you feel you lack (or where others feel you lack).

But we always need to be in close contacts with our psychdocs and T's as well, and any other support mechanisms. As you are identifying triggers early, which is really good in itself (my T has been working on that with me), you can take proactive action in maybe getting an appointment earlier.
