Hi there, I'm taking Opana ER 80mgs 2 times a day and Fentora 600mcgs 3 times a day for breakthrough pain. I still have some pain but for the most part it works pretty well. I wish you luck with your doctor and on finding something that works for you with pain. Hugs!
