Yeah, I think you should find a good therapist. It sounds like the one you saw before didn't get the job done, maybe because s/he wasn't a good match for you, maybe because you weren't ready, or maybe some other explanation. But if you still keep thinking about hurting yourself, and you are asking yourself whether you should see a therapist, that tells me that there is something there, and it would probably help you to get some help with dealing with it. Sometimes it just takes more than one try. You deserve to be happy and whole and free of this junk. Therapy isn't comfortable. It's scary to have to face the things that SI has helped us to avoid facing. But it's worth it once you do.
