Hi, Lily333ann! Although your "primary concern" is depression, and it's tempting to read the symptoms you talk about in your post in light of that diagnosis, it is also possible to approach those symptoms from a neurological perspective (at least).
Situation permitting, take all these symptoms to a doctor who will not see you as "merely" a depressive and who'll give you a thorough medical screening. Depressed individuals can have other illnesses, too.
