I just couldn't believe that I was so badly triggered after so long, specially as I have worked in the rehab field for many years,

He reminded me vividly of a guy who raped me & killed my baby, I just couldn't cope.

Thanks everyone, it wasn't fun & it's taken me days to recover, but I did learn something. I have only got the energy to look after my own shizophrenic son, my dying husband, & myself.
No time or energy for other ppl with probs atm.
Even if it has been what I've done most of my life.
