I don't know why I have them. But every time I go to sleep, if I dream at all, it's a nightmare. Every night I pray I don't dream.
It started soon after I was in a car accident a year and a half ago. I've tried a number of things. From thinking very good thoughts before bed to music while I sleep. I could have the best day ever and will still have a nightmare.
Is there anything else I can try to stop them?
