Oh, darn, I forgot to watch it tonight. I haven't watched this season but once. Is it any good this time around?
As for the eating habits, I'd love to work on some with you. I'm actually doing really well with staying with fresh - not pre-made foods. Mostly produce and a lot of chicken and some tuna.....canned tuna. I've never tried fresh tuna and I'm not thrilled with salmon, wish I liked it.
I'm cusious about your not tolerating oatmeal. Is it due to the IBS? Keep me posted as to how you are doing. Do you want to PM or start a new thread?
