Thank you all for your responses. Will follow the safety guidelines. Just depressed after all that has happened. I guess all that stuff made me depressed in a way. Been sleeping and isolating a lot to the point where I may need a meds dosage change since I have no problem sleeping. Also one of the really neat things about you all on here is that we know taking our meds isn't enough. We all get on here and ask for help, then we offer help. You all have also taught me the meaning of emotional support. I think that is so great.
