Thank you for the replies nucking and yoda. I thought maybe if I got a good night's sleep, things would look a little better this morning and I guess I am a little more stable but I still feel so overwhelmed.

Nucking....I am in Canada, so the insurance doesn't matter. The last time I went to the hospital, I had to beg to get them to let me go home when all I wanted was a safe place to talk and to get some meds to help me through. If they think you might hurt yourself (or others) they can put you in for 48 hours without your consent. I would gladly do that except that I honestly can't stay there.

Anyways....will struggle through today and see where that goes. I am glad I can at least find some support here.
