I have found that eating something before bed, even if its a small something, helps me sleep. Your body is trying to tell you something. Maybe its saying "I'm hungry" I do take a sleeping pill, but sometimes if it doesnt seem to be working, I get up, eat a little something, and ta-dah!!! Im sleeping like a baby.
