Hey everyone,
I am sorry I keep posting. but am getting really desperate here. I know i have to make an appointment with the pdoc, so am going to do that Monday and hopefully be able to get in to see him sooner than later.
Is it possible for you or your body/mind to be too tired to sleep? I think I am going to explore the possiblilities of why I don't sleep at night, but when it's daytime or any other time I find it ok to lay down and be able to close my eys. Yeah I can only sleep for about 30 min. when I do, but I think there is something about night time that scares me, or maybe am just reading way too much into my situation right now.
Almost like there has to be something wrong because am not sleeping...do you know what I mean?
Also if he does suggest another sleeping pill I don't know if I want to be on one anymore? Does that make any sense either? I mean I have been on different kinds since the age of 17 and now is the first time I have been off one in a long time. Usually it was trazadone and that was fine until they switced me to a MAOI and now I get sick when I take one of those.
Another question (sorry) does anyone know of any relaxing cds out there? I have been looking at the library and there are so many to choose from. Does anyone have a favorite?
Ok so now am rambling and probably talking to myself...sorry again. Just been a long 2 weeks.
