I am so glad that there are people like you out there watching. I was abused like that many, many times in different ways so I am alert to the tone of voice of an abuser, and the look they direct towards their victim. Also, their body language. There is way too much of this, and I, too, have tried to help children that I see in public, but the parents know , and they dissapear just like you said. They know!! I found out that someone, I don't know who, saw my grandaughter being abused in Meijers parking lot. They were going to call for help but found out that it was our family and didn't call. The person who told me doesn't want involved, so there we go!! Maybe the right brave person will call for help, and the abuse will end. You are a good person. Always watching and talking to us all and so helpful. Sorry you have that on your mind.
