Gotta do what you can to take care of you so you can help (fix it) when you can.

Gotta breathe, gotta get calm, my friend, gotta do some calming things...taking care of you is taking care of her because she has you as a role model and because when she is better you will be there for her.

Please take some special time to calm and strengthen again. You are needed and can be most helpful by taking care of #1.
