If you don't already see a T, you should definitely consider it. If you already do then you need to find some hobbies to distract yourself. Try going to a Michael's Craft Store or Hobby Lobby or something like that and find something there. If you're not very crafty then try music, art, photography, animals, volunteering, anything to get you out of the house and thinking about anything besides your problems. Good luck!
