I agree with denny8er.
Things will get better.
Try to focus upon the positive things in your life. If nothing real positive or interesting is happening, focus on simple pleasures. (Go for the healthy ones) A relaxing or vigorous walk, sporting events playing &/or watching, gardening, crafts, baking, volunteering at United Way (or nursing home, whatever), etc. There are lots of activities out there completely free & make people feel good.
I wish that I could download my list...there's 270 something activities! Sit and watch clouds float by; pick up litter; coloring books; word search puzzle; etc. Anyone have others to add? Perhaps someone here has that link...
