I want to start therapy again but I wasn't sure how to find someone (usually you get a referral from your pdoc, but I don't like my pdoc and am planning on trying to switch) so I just called and talked to the receptionist and told her that I'm looking for someone who does more interpersonal therapy as opposed to just listening, that I was looking for someone who had knowledge of bipolar, PTSD, and anxiety issues, and maybe even had some CBT training. She said that M.S. would probably be just what I'm looking for, and I have a consult appointment with him on May 14 (soonest he has an opening for a new patient). I really hope it works out so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! So even though my day had a
really rotten start, this has helped to make it better

You live with the threat, you tell me you live with the threat of my extinction. Leonard, I live with it too."
