I have found that this feeling for me comes from the bipolar disorder itself rather than the meds possibly. I have been on meds for the past 2 years straight but I have been on a ton of different meds in many different combinations and have always felt that spacy can't focus all over the place kinda feeling. It's very frustrating. You're not alone!
