I will explore the idea of doing smaller parts of my face at once - still out of the budget for a while though. And I'm not worried about my hair not being dark enough - it's almost black. I didn't realize that laser hair removal wasn't permanent though - I've always heard it advertised as being such. I did know that it required multiple treatments.

I've sort of thought of the electrolysis route, but I'd always heard that it was kind of painful - do you know if that's true.

I've never heard of the cream you mentioned - it sounds interesting. I'll have to investigate to see if it's available here.
