Yep, I take it (and Vyvanse) to fight off fatigue from bipolar II meds and general depression. It helps me A LOT. It's not necessarily a problem with bipolar--I think it depends on having appropriate mood stabilizers in place. Do proceed with caution if you have any history of addiction; amphetamines aren't addictive for everyone, but it can happen.
