jen29, first of all, I smoked longer than you have been living, yet I quit, after 38 years! Don't ever give up or look back. You can never get ahead by looking back! I have to admit that I never wanted to quit; God took my cigarettes, left me with no cravings, no interest, nothing that I could relate to about smoking. I couldn't even tell you what one tasted like after that. I am so proud of you for being so STRONG, and you keep up the good work. You deserve to live happy and healthy. Take Care. ♥
