1. Do you have friends/family that would pay for a taxi via credit card. They can be anywhere in the world. 2. I do not know what kind of shape you are in, but if you can, lace up your walking shoes and walk with the stroller. 3. Call the housing place and see if they can issue you a voucher for a taxi. 4. See if you can reschedule your appointment. 5. Explain your situation and see if they can do the appt via phone with any documents and signatures being transmitted by fax. Hope someone can help.
