Lex, don't say that! You have a lot to offer. You're not worthless. Please, don't think that about yourself. You're not being fair and are being really mean to yourself. Why do you want to do that? It's not right. You're kicking yourself around and beating yourself up and you gotta stop doing that. Give yourself a great big FAT hug.
Know what? You need to go out and rent yourself out a comedy movie. Something silly and fun. Get away from your own funk for awhile. Or do some random act of kindness for a stranger. Do anything besides beating yourself into an oblivion.
