You are dealing with so much. Have you mentioned this woman to your therapist?

These are the kinds of people you will meet in your social work intern placement, do you think you can think of her this way. Also, I am wondering if you are so triggered that if this is the right time for you to be doing something so stressful.

Moving may not be an option but if you don't it seems something else may erupt.

Can some of your other alters pitch in a give a hand to yourself? It seems you are coping with way too much by yourself.
