Oh lawdy, hope you haven't been sleeping like that for too long. People might think its impossible to sleep that little and still function, but it was discussed in my first year psychology class last year. What it is (I can't remember what they're called) but theirs a chemical/particle in brains that build up over the day, and once the level has increased enough due to being awake and active and such, this causes a sensation in the body to start feeling sleepy. However, when you nap esp. for only 20-30 minutes, you lower and remove the level of these particle/chemicals, so your body no longer thinks its tired even though it is. Thats why anyone can feel incredibly refreshed after only short naps. In the long run though, I doubt its a very good thing.

Thanks for the post - looks like dreams can kick in within 30 minutes then for this tally. As unfortunate as it is, I must admit its comforting to hear I'm not the only one with terrible sleep patterns.
