So I have played softball, basketball, did gymnastics, dance and color guard. I thought 'man I really wanna play a sport again' so I joined the women's rugby team. Not even been in a game yet.....tore my MCL. I finally went to the doc today after more than a week of urging from my friends and bf. I figured it was just a small muscle tear and he would tell me to put some ice on it. Next thing I know I'm getting x-rays and going to Physical Therapy. So now I can't even play anymore. Stupid knee ligaments....
