I'm depressed. Its hard for me to admit that to myself. I had a boyfriend who was really depressed, and it was hard to deal with him and myself at the same time. I guess it kind of made it worse. But now it's over and i've been incredibly depressed since. I'm only 15, but i've seen a lot of adult issues...alcohol, divorce, the evil step parent, and having to take care of my sisters. Its hard and stressful, and no matter how hard i try i can't be happy. I thought i could fake it till i make it, but i seem to be getting nowhere. I'm on the tennis team, doing good in school, and have a good amount of friends, but it does not help much. Does anyone have any extra tips on feeling better? I already have a therapist, and i'm on medication. (Being depressed also makes me sick to my stomach and have migranes, any tips for that too?) i hope someone can help!!!!!
