Exercise is a great stress reliever. Especially lifting weights, you can pound away your anger at that.
Doing meditation helps. Taking deep breaths naturally relaxes you.
I used to have that problem. Where I had strong rage and would break stuff. Haven't had that problem in a couple years. Which is great, not only was it financially a burden it also left me feeling terrible.
