Vertigo is a severe drunk like feeling where your head cant even out and you must lay down and even then that doesnt help. My hubby has vertigo and he even get physically ill as well. He said its like being on a boat but 1000 x's worse. YIKES .

Do you suffer from panic attacks? I know that when I get them I can get dizzy and my eyes feel kinda fuzzy and small. It is really hard to explain. I also get the rapid heart beats and tingling and numbness everywhere.

I am sorry you experienced this. It sounds really scary. Perhaps you should put a call into your GP just to be sure.
