Sleep is very important. I find that if I dont get adequate sleep it makes things so much worse for me. Try to be disiplined with yourself and get on a regular sleep pattern. A few months back I went through an extremely rough period of time where I was up all night and slept all day. It was awful and really made my depression and anxiety so much worse. So, please make sure that your getting proper rest.
