Tuesday I started getting this pain in my chest whenever I breathed. It is on the right side and starts at the bottom of my rib cage and shoots up to my collar bone. Do you know just how many times a day a person takes a breath? It sucks. I have learned to breath very shallowly to stop the pain but if I do anything I get light headed and have to take a deep breath which of course sucks. Oh and don't even mention hiccups. They make me whimper. I feel so frustrated. Today is my day off, it is beautiful outside and right now I should be just finishing up my run, all sweaty and hot and looking forward to the shower I am going to take when I get home. I might even be thinking about popping into the grocery store before going home to get a bottle of water and a luna bar (the lemon and the orange ones are my favorites). Instead I am here trying not to yawn because it hurts but needing to yawn because my body is starved for oxygen and now I am just whining. Think positive thoughts for me.
