I feel this way sometimes too. T gave a good analogy the other day kind of related to this ...what if you had a physical ailment ....like some kinds of arthritis or a back problem...and to make it feel better, you needed to take medicine & do yoga, stretches, certain dietary things, etc.
Some days it migt hurt more than others...but you would just know that as part of your healing, you need to do these things consistently, those treatments and self-care things.
So if its kinda like that, then therapy will just keep making it better, little at a time and sometimes slowly...but it's okay. You will feel better.
