I'm on 10 mg of Lexapro and 300mg of Wellbutrin. When I was tried on 5mg Lexapro it did nothing. And I mean nothing. So far I don't have any side asffects from it except it keeps me awake....unlike most people. Sometimes it really is better to try something different. My doctor had tried me on Prozac and it made me soooooo sick and I was only taking 1/4 the dose I should have been. This is one of the situations were I would talk to your doctor and say this med is making everything so much worse for you, and ask if there was something else you could try.
