Although it might feel like these feelings will never pass, they do. When I feel anxious, I try to do something relaxing. Is there something you can do until you feel less panicky? Read a book, take a hot bath, go for a walk? Sometimes the smaller things make the biggest difference.
You CAN be happy, it just takes time...and hard work.
