Today was actually a pretty decent day inside my head, and I would say it's because of the folks on this site. Nothing magical. I've still got miles to go and I so desperately want to fix my core issues but the health care professionals I've known have been all about money and clock-watching ... starting my appointments late but ending them right on the dot. Yet a caring expert could make a difference. So hard to trust. So hard to afford decent mental health care.
