Sorry sky no, I consider prayer a very harmful activity, I wish people would plan and be responsible as individuals and communities instead. I did try to consider how such tragic loss could be prevented in the future. It's been said often that there are no natural disasters only human created ones. I think this is the case with the victims of poor design and negligent planning that put so many people in the way of Katrina.
