Lexi, in the last few weeks you've seemed really needy. I know how that goes, and usually, I can't find anyone to empathize with me. At those times is when we need to learn to take care of ourselves, our own needs. When we get like that, it's the child within that needs care and attention. Threat yourself at those times, as if you were a precious little girl that needs attention. Only you know exactly what you need... much better than the rest of us or anyone else. It's okay to pamper yourself, snuggle up with a stuffed animal and a "blankie," eat an ice cream or whatever it is that your child wants. As hard as it may be, tell yourself that you love you and that you deserve the best of everything. Truthfully, this helps more than anything else anyone can say.

You know, some of us cope differently from other people. I go to Social to laugh and cut up to forget the problems of the day or to get rid of a bad mood. That's MY therapy. Other people cope the same way. There ARE those that will leave another chat if they know someone needs to talk and they'll go to Support Chat. Maybe you need to ask for what you need. It's good to accept, too, that maybe no one is in the place where they can help.
