Odd sleep patterns and stress are my triggers. Right now, for instance, my sleep is completely messed up and I can feel my mood changing. Not good. I know I need to talk to my pdoc when I get triggered (which I did). I know "stress" seems pretty general, but stress means different things to different people. For me it is usually family stress.
