triggers are things that set people into diffrent cycles or moods

I have a varitey of triggers each one diffrent, in a sense I have two seperate lists of tirggers one for my bipolar disorder and the other for my PTSD

for my bipolar disorder I've found lack of sleep will set me off, drinking when I am already low or cycling into a depression, large amounts of caffine, stress, work can trigger me into rapid cycling at times,

I'm still learning what triggers my bipolar, I know my PTSD triggers pretty well,

As for my biggest trigger for bipolar, it is lack of sleep, whenever I get two days of no sleep or very little sleep I fly off the handle, I can't control myself, and my moods rapid cycle...

It's good to discuss with your T grounding skills, or copaing mechanisms to help combat triggers or help soothe them, and how you will handle triggers when they arise, and how to prevent them...

Best Wishes
