You should try doing something incredibly relaxing before bed time and work on shifting your thoughts positively so that you may dream more happy things. < 3
Maybe read a book you like? Look at some inspiring art. Falling asleep to music I think is one of the most helpful things for setting the mood. I'll even daydream fun scenarios while Im laying there just so the bad stuff won't take over.
Set up some distractions that become so natural that eventually it'll be just a night time ritual and in the end you'll feel better. (I REALLY hope!)
