I agree 110%. but they are not the easiest to find. You have to trust this person 100%, and they need to be extremely patient. I find I have tendency to be "clingy" when I'm down and end up pushing those same supportive people away.

Just my 2 cents worth - I know it's hard, but think about that supportive person too and try not make it too much of an abyotic relationship which becomes hard work for the other party.

I have 3 people like that - 1 who is BP , Ican mail during work hours, one (Who is BP), I can mail or sms at ANY time and a work colleague who I can mail, or go to lunch with for a chat when things are just too much(More of a mature, and spiritual outlook on life, and helps to keep me grounded). Without this kind of support base I often think back - would I have been able to keep going?
