Genn, a part of being co-conscious is when the alters are able to talk with you and you with them. For us, I liked that part the very best. Still trying to get my mind around the blending of memories and emotions that has happened. You can do it if that is what you really want. But it is hard to know what was kept from you for a good reason. But the adult mind can take it.
